Ashlee has previously spent 5+ years working in the Ag sector and is no stranger to the construction business with lots of builders in her family.

Jane joined Laing in 2019 coming from a career in the Tertiary Sector and Insurance Industry. Her core role is processing creditor and debtor invoices and has quickly become the go-to admin support person for Managers.

As a proud third generation family owned and operated business, Laing has enjoyed a wonderful past and looks forward to an even more exciting future.
Laing has developed a very successful business buying/selling a variety of relocatable buildings located throughout the South Island.
In the late 80’s we successfully tendered to purchase and relocate surplus Army Barracks from Burnham Miltary Camp and fast forward over 30 years to 2020 and we’ve built over 300 new transportable homes, carried out over 4,000 building shifts. 2019 saw us undertake the largest single removal project involving 208 building relocations from the University of Canterbury.
